Andrea Ramirez is an Interdisciplinary Designer currently living in Los Angeles, California.

Born in Mexico City, she moved to Switzerland at a young age where she later pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Visual communication and Interactive Media Design at the Lausanne University of Art and Design (ECAL).

After graduating with honors, she went on to do a Master’s degree in Integrated Innovation for Product and Business Development at the HES-SO, which she finished with a 6-month Research and Development internship at Logitech in Hong Kong. 

She has done anything from interactive installations, interior design and mini-games to building heavy mechanical machines and creating physical and digital products from design to engineering.

With a passion for bridging the gap between ideas and technical concepts, she excels at crafting captivating narratives and delivering compelling presentations. Her expertise lies in assisting technical professionals in commercializing and articulating their visionary ideas.

She enjoys working across fields and continuously learning new skills. Her curious mind and empathy, plus her love for art and technology create innovative and forward-thinking projects.

She’s always discovering new places and connecting with people, is fluent in 3 languages and in her free time you can find her in a dance class, a space related event or building alternative housing projects you can check out on @low.budget.adventures.
